• Come prepared. List down what you want to achieve during the JV sessions. If you’ve found a JV partner that you click-with, go all out to build that relationship. Skip some of the sessions if you need to :-)
• Give, give and give. Always ask yourself, what can you give to the other person whom you want to JV with first, how can you add value to your JV partners? Don’t expect any returns or lay down conditions. Many, if not all of them will reciprocrate.
• Don’t hide in your hotel room - mingle, get to know people!
