Hi there,

Let me share with you how I got started. Between the year 1996 - 1999, I was a happy geek - working as a programmer for an IT company.

In late 1999, while in a bookstore, I saw an interesting book - “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I picked it up and read it cover to cover.

Fascinating!

A paradigm shift occurred.

I knew I could no longer be a geek …

Thus begun my quest to start my own business and to be financially free.

But which business?

A typical “brick and mortar” business requires a big capital, and it typically takes 3-5 years before you see profits.

And … where do I find the necessary capital to start the business?

The answer: Starting my own Internet Business!

Reasons:

  • Low start-up cost
  • Low overheads (web-hosting then was around $35/mth compared to $1000++ for office/shop rental)
  • Fast ROI - typically a year or less

But the main reason I chose to start my own Internet Business is “LEVERAGE”

The internet provides huge amount of leverage to the average person like you and me. No special skills or knowledge needed, and you don’t need a huge amount of case to get started.

This “Internet Leverage” - if properly applied - allows you to build your wealth (while in your pyjamas :-) … and compete with the big companies should you want to.

That my friend, is the power of “Starting Your Own Internet Business!”
