How to find the Vendor’s Product ID

I get this question quite often – how do you find the product #ID (item #ID) that is sold by a ClickBank vendor? In most cases, you can see the product ID (item ID) when you hover your mouse over the order link or order button, e.g. http://3.vendorID.pay.clickbank.net
