A quick note about ClickBank’s recurring billing service:
If you want to cancel your customers’ subscription, and NOT issue refunds, send your request to:
cancel AT clickbank.com
(replace AT with @)
If you have a subscription that needs one (or more) of the payments refunded, send those requests to:
refunds AT clickbank.com
Note: a refund will also cancel the remaining subscription.
Very important: If you want to cancel a subscription, but accidently send the request to refunds, that order will be refunded!
