Blogs (www.wordpress.org) is a must. It has nearly everything you need as a content management system – and Search Engines love them (blogs) too.
You can setup your sites as WordPress blogs – or, if you prefer, you can setup your sites as normal websites (html pages) and setup your blog in a subfolder – e.g. http://YourSite.com/blog

In Step 3 – The System you mention a “website creation tool” but see no mention of that tool?
I like the look of your sites and need a good seo optimized tool for quick site creation what do you recommend?
